Am I eligible to apply for Singapore Cooperation Programme (SCP) courses?
Only government officials or staff of inter-governmental organisations are eligible to participate in SCP courses.
Each course may be open to different target participants based on geography or job relevance. Please check if you are eligible for the specific course that you are interested in before applying.
I am interested in your Singapore Cooperation Programme Calendar courses. What sponsorship is provided?
Thank you for your interest in the courses under the Singapore Cooperation Programme (SCP).
The Terms of Award for each course can be found on the course page. Different courses will have different sponsorship terms for accepted applicants.
We are a training and consulting service provider. We are wondering if there is an opportunity to introduce our programmes into the Singapore Cooperation Programme’s curriculum.
Kindly submit all bids to provide training courses through GeBiz, as the Ministry’s procurement is conducted on the platform. More information can be found at the GeBiz website.
I saw a course in the SCP catalogue but cannot find it on this website. How do I apply?
If you cannot find the course on this website it can mean one of three things:
a) The course is not published on the website as it is not yet open for applications. We usually publish courses only 2-3 months before scheduled course dates.
b) The course is a "by invitation" and open only to invited participants. There will be no open call for submission of applications online.
c) The scheduled course has been postponed or cancelled for unforeseen reasons. Please email us to check.
